- Create and Manage Course Reserves -- Faculty & Deputies
Use OCRA to place books and other physical media on reserve AND to create electronic reserves: links to ebooks and other online content, digitization of articles, book chapters, full-length movies, short video clips, and audio files. Links to reserves in all formats will be added to your MyCourses site. Consult the Banner Web to find current course codes.
Brown EARS audio reserves are now integrated with OCRA.
Deputies first authenicate using their own Brown username and password and then login to the faculty member's reserves using the faculty member's Brown username. Access to the faculty member's password is NEVER necessary. - Access to Online Reserves -- Students
Students can access electronic course reserves from MyCourses or (with the class password) by logging in to OCRA here. - Locating Reserved Books (non-electronic content)
Students can obtain non-electronic reserves at service desks in the libraries. Search Josiah by course number or instructor to identify non-electronic reserves.
