Room Reservations
Contact University Events (863-2108) to reserve a space for your weekend and evening events. Please note: equipment and technical support must be reserved with Media Services...the equipment doesn't automatically 'come with the room'. Equipment & Fees
All requests must be placed at least seven business days in advance. We strongly suggest more notice for weekend events. Equipment and staff support requests can be made online. Provided we receive requests seven business days in advance, category III student groups are covered under a flat-fee agreement between MSO (Media Services Office) and UFB (Undergraduate Finance Board). Once confirmed, we will fax the estimate to the Student Activities Office for approval. Once approved, the student will receive a copy of the confirmation.

Category I & II student groups will be responsible for Tier 2 fees payable in the form of cash or check made out to Brown University.
