I chose this object because it was really beautiful. I also picked this object because it's interesting and I wanted to know how it was used. I can see that this object is very fragile and it's telling people to be careful with fragile things and to respect them. I think this object was used for putting candles in and letting them float in water. When we went to the Museum of Fine Arts we saw all these antiques and glass, silver, and gold, plates, bowls, and lots more.

It was interesting when I saw it was cool-it looked like ice. It shows that some of the people a few centuries ago had fancy things. It could have been a decoration or it could have been a regular bowl. It relates to some of the glassware we learned about in the Museum of Fine Arts.
