Colonial Choices
sugar bowl and creamer

ARDEYNE DELVA

I chose this object because I thought it was very nice. This object tells me that they had silver back then. I think they put cream in the creamer and put sugar in the sugar bowl. It relates to the Colonial time, when only wealthy people or silversmiths would have this type of silver. They used it because they would put sugar in the sugar bowl and put creamer in the creamer but they did not use the creamer or the sugar bowl for long because they stopped buying tea because of the taxes.
