Additional Information
After growing up on a farm in S. Illinois, I attended the University of Illinois, awarded a BA in 1970 and a MS in 1972. I worked at the University of Illinois at Chicago before relocating to Providence and Brown in 1976.
A long term member of the American Library Association, I participate in the Anthropology/Sociology, Instruction, and University Sections of the Association of College and Research Libraries.
My primary interest is providing the best customer service experience for everyone using the Brown University Library.
