- Most holders of current Brown IDs, with clear records at the Brown library, have access and
borrowing privileges at any HELIN Library. This includes:
- Brown faculty and visiting scholars/fellows
- Brown undergrad, grad and med students
- Brown staff

- Your Brown ID may be used at any HELIN Library.

- Your HELIN ID may be used at any Brown library.

- Most books can be checked out.
- Most other material may be used in the library building.
- Videos do not circulate.

- Most books at the Rockefeller, Sciences, and Orwig Libraries may be checked out

- Items listed in Josiah as held at Annex or in Rock Storage must be ordered through InRhode.

Policies

- Brown patrons may borrow up to 25 items for about a month.
- Usually renewable once.
- There may be charges if material is not returned promptly.
- Charges accrued at the HELIN Library may be transferred to your Brown Library or Bursar account.
