- Classroom support for TAs Available at all levels and with a wide range of topics, including: general orientation, specialized research tools, electronic resources, evaluating information, primary materials, or any combination.
- Media Services provides loaner equipment, video reserves, training and media support for faculty, staff and students. Reserve equipment online, including a variety of loaner equipment for recording video and audio in digital and analog formats.
- Request a research consultation: One-on-one research consultations with a librarian
- Multimedia: Assistance identifying and integrating library materials and collections for use in multimedia projects. (Email a Subject Specialist or Instructional Support Librarian)
- MAC (Multimedia across Campus) provides students with equipment and training for using multimedia in courses. Available equipment is listed in Josiah and includes digital video cameras, microphones, tripods and hard drives for file storage.

- How can I get a carrel? Brown students writing a dissertation or thesis, and Brown faculty members, may apply in the Circulation office (or by email at rock@brown.edu) for the use of a study carrel in the Rockefeller, Sciences or Orwig Library. Library material may be checked out to the carrel on long-term loan, for use in the library only.
