Survey Population: Excluding Library staff, 598 individuals placed easyBorrow requests during the first 8 weeks of 2008. A random sample of 300 was selected from these users and invited by email to participate in a 5-question online survey; there were 101 responses. The following groups were represented in the survey, along with the number of responses
119 undergraduates (36 responses), 103 graduate students (30 responses), 2 medical students (1 response), 51 faculty (17 responses), 16 staff (9 responses), and 9 visiting scholars/fellows (7 responses).

* Overall, users had a positive experience using easyBorrow, with 65% rating it "excellent" and 28% rating it "good."
* The ratings for ease of use are slightly lower: 57% found it "extremely easy" and 35% rated it "fairly easy."
* 90% reported receiving what they wanted.
* Problems mentioned included difficulty in navigating the system,placing the request, and locating the request button in WorldCat; slowness of delivery; lack of follow-through on items not supplied; lack of publicity about the system.
