Project Description:
easyborrow problem log. requests getting hung for various reasons. to expedite processing of these:
a. way to sort/filter requests stuck in-process, by reason (e.g. those needing ILL staff action vs those need ITS staff action)
b. when patron unblocked in ILLIad. EB system updates all of other stuck requests (for that patron)
c. after clicking "try again" stay in list, rather than booting back to admin page.

Why is this project important?
Eborrow system not tracking problem requests adequately. patrons not getting books they need.
