Integrated Technology Services (ITS) is responsible for the Center for Digital Initiatives (production of digital materials, digitization of signature collections, consultative services for digital projects), database and programming services, software support and development, Library website, Library OPAC, Library technology infrastructure and staff technology training and support. The department is headed by Jean Rainwater and Patrick Yott and is organized into four functional areas – architecture and programming; digital production services; systems support services; and web applications.
