Special Collections multimedia room

As undergraduates, graduate students and faculty become more aware of the treasure trove of materials available in the John Hay, there is increasing demand to be able to use those material in their research products. Many of the research products are digitally based whether it be an undergraduate paper passed in as a Word document, or a conference presentation by a graduate student in Powerpoint, or a faculty grant application submitted as a PDF. A gift of $250,000 would set up a multimedia room in the Hay with equipment that would allow our users, with assitance from our staff, to digitize material from our Special Collections.
