Oscar Hutton:

Born in Virginia in 1830, Oscar Hutton came to Arizona in 1863, where he worked at the Mowry Mine as a superintendent. Commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army in 1865, he commanded an outfit stationed near Camp Date Creek. Beginning in 1868, he served at Camp Grant as a guide and interpreter, and is listed in the 1870 census as a post guide, married to Carmen Muscovia and having one son.
